Freedom From Alcohol Dependency & Addiction

GOAL is an independent group offering information, support and advice to anyone concerned about their alcohol consumption.

We run a weekly abstinence support group at Community Base using a
Cognitive Behavioural (CBT)
Relapse Prevention Model.

1-2-1 support is available at our
Kemp Town venue.

We can talk to you in confidence to assess your needs and preferences.
Referral to other local services where appropriate.

Peer Support

Group support helps overcome the social isolation

many people feel when they stop drinking.

The service is free and open to anyone who would benefit from support. Before attending the Peer Group we will ask you to attend an informal assessment with the group facilitator.

We are not affiliated to any other organisation.

Our groups are led by trained facilitators,
using a Cognitive Behavioural approach.

We believe that just trying 'not to drink' is a negative goal, and look forward to a future where alcohol isn't an issue...because life is too good.
